Discovery Research

I focus on understanding exactly what your users need, how they behave, and what motivates them. By conducting discovery research at the start, I'll gather key insights that will steer your product development in the right direction. Generative Research

My role in generative research is to facilitate ideas for new products, features, or improvements. This type of research is all about uncovering innovation opportunities and conveying understanding of your users' world. It's about thinking outside the box to ensure your product meets and anticipates user needs, keeping you ahead of the curve.

Evaluative Research

In evaluative research, I rigorously test and assess how well your design, product, or service works for your users. Conducted later in the development process, this research is crucial for validating and fine-tuning your prototypes. It's all about making sure your product is holistically usable, accessible, intuitive, and satisfying.

Continuous Research

I design continuous research to ensure your product stays relevant and competitive even after launch. Through ongoing monitoring and maintenance, I'll keep a pulse on user feedback and data trends. This process is key to continuously improving your product, adapting to changing user needs and market dynamics, and keeping your users consistently engaged and satisfied.
